Zachary Construction Group is proud to recognize the continued advancement of The Woodson, a new affordable housing development planned for the former ADM Mill site in South Minneapolis.

Recently highlighted in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, the project represents a significant investment in housing accessibility, economic opportunity, and community revitalization. The development will create 68 affordable housing units while honoring the legacy of renowned historian, educator, and author Carter G. Woodson.
